Shipping Policy

Welcome to Poco Posy. We aim to make every delivery as smooth and reliable as possible. Please read the below information carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected suburbs across Melbourne and Brisbane.

Delivery availability is determined by postcode at checkout. If your suburb falls outside our delivery zones, delivery may not be available.

Delivery Timeframes

Same-Day Delivery


Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time displayed on our website.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Standard Delivery Windows

Deliveries are made during the following general timeframes:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Limited availability during peak periods only

While we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times unless specifically arranged and confirmed in writing.


Peak Periods

During busy periods such as:

  • Mother’s Day
  • Valentine’s Day
  • Christmas
  • Public Holidays

delivery times may vary, and extended delivery windows may apply due to high order volumes and traffic conditions.

Authority to Leave

If no one is available to receive the order, our driver may leave the flowers in a safe place if deemed appropriate.

By selecting “Authority to Leave” at checkout, you accept responsibility for the order once it has been delivered.

If no safe location is available, the order may be returned or redirected, and additional delivery fees may apply.


Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering, including:

  • Recipient name
  • Address
  • Contact number
  • Business name (if applicable)

If incorrect or incomplete information is supplied, this may result in delays, failed delivery attempts, additional redelivery fees and or including new posy fee.

Hospital, School & Business Deliveries

  • For deliveries to hospitals, schools, offices, or other businesses
  • Delivery will be made to reception or the main office where required
  • We cannot guarantee direct delivery to individual rooms or recipients
  • Deliveries are subject to the policies and opening hours of the location

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic incidents
  • Road closures
  • High seasonal demand
  • Events outside of our control

We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.

Freshness & Perishable Products

Flowers are perishable products and should be cared for immediately upon delivery. We recommend:

  • Placing flowers in fresh water as soon as possible
  • Keeping arrangements away from direct sunlight and heat

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
